Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- Red food coloring
- Fresh raspberries for garnishing
Whisk together the sugar, raspberry extract, cream cheese and butter, adding the milk as needed. Beat for about 3 minutes until fluffy and thick. Add 3-4 drops of red food coloring and mix until the color is well combined. If you want the frosting to be darker, add more food coloring.
